We deliver twice a week Sunday and/or Tuesday

Order by Thursday night for Sunday delivery or order by Saturday night for Tuesday delivery

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed. The confirmation email include all the details and information about your meal plan including all company, policies, procedures, and member requirements. Please make sure you read through this email as it is very important.

All items are labeled with macronutrients!

Whether you need lunch daily or lunch and dinner daily, you may choose the amount of meals you receive each day with an unlimited allergy and dislike preference list so you can rest of sure you will receive your meals personalized just for you with your preferences and no extra cost

SOUPS or VACUUM SEALED

Stovetop FROZEN-  place the bag in a pot with hot water for 10-12 minutes

Stovetop REFRIGERATED – place the bag in hot water 5-7 minutes

Microwave FROZEN – Place food in a microwave container for 10 minutes

Microwave REFRIGERATED – Place food in microwave container for 3-5 minutes

 

ALUMINUM PACKAGING

FROZEN – preheat oven to 350 and place the container with the lid on for 30 minutes

REFRIGERATED – preheat oven to 350 and place the container with the lid on for 15 minutes

Once you place your order, you will be charged for your upcoming meal plan. All payments are processed prior to the beginning of your plan. The billing going forward is recurring and automatically set up as a subscription based on your  meal plan selection and duration. Or order A LA CARTE and enjoy the freedom to order and pay as you go.

The delivery window is from 9 AM to 9 PM

While delivery arrival times will be consistent. There is no specific time request that can be accommodated as each driver has a set route that is mapped via satellite taking into account real time. Whether in traffic drivers are not allowed to change the order of the route deliveries take place from 9 AM to 9 PM.

Meals are packaged in BPA free, microwave, safe, recyclable containers. upon delivery your meals will be placed inside an insulated cooler with nontoxic gel packs to keep your meals at the ideal sanitary temperatures, and to protect the freshness and quality of your meals while on delivery transit.

We do charge an optional $10 insulated bag and ice pack option unless you have already purchased one with us. Once purchased, we will deliver your first drop off in your bag with a frozen ice pack which should ensure your meal Stay cold for about 5 hours. On your next and future delivery days you will leave the bag and frozen or defrosted ice pack outside for us to leave you a new one. It is extremely important to return all equipment and ice packs in good condition and on time to avoid any unreturned equipment charges and fees. ALL COOLER BAGS AND ICE MUST BE RETURNED TO AVOID FEES.

If you are not home on your delivery, we will place your delivery bag outside of your door in a visible and safe location. Your meals will be protected inside of an insulated cooler bag with ice packs to maintain the freshness of quality or they await your arrival.

If you live in a gated community or apartment building that requires front desk, security guard or call box access to enter the location it is the members responsibility to ensure your driver is granted access upon arrival. If the driver cannot enter the location to complete delivery they will have to leave and continue their route as each driver has many deliveries to be made in a short period of time. Driver is not permitted to return to a stop after the initial failed delivery attempt. Thus, if access is not granted upon arrival, no credits will be issued for the missed delivery.

Mojo Vice Meals
