This weight loss meal plan includes 5 breakfast, 5 lunch, 5 dinner meals and 10 snacks. This plan is approximately 1200 calories per day. It is our most popular plan and is designed to help you lose weight by consuming portion- controlled ingredients. We recommend consuming each meal 2 – 3 hours apart from each other and a snack in between with plenty of water to keep your body hydrated.
